Recommended diesel quality testing programs
Testing type and frequency depend on your specific application and the acceptable level of risk. We have provided some guidelines for testing, based upon the BQ-9000 quality standard and our experience in the industry. These guidelines (profiles) are estimates based on typical diesel usage - in other words: you should adapt these guidelines to meet your own fuel quality requirements.
We recommend that all test results be logged to identify sources of bad fuel or persistent contamination issues. Fleet can customize test kit labels to data collection requirements, such as: Truck ID, Compartment, Date and Time.
