Thanks to accidental fuel contamination, nearly 30 gas stations from Tampa to south of Naples — and even one across the state in Daytona Beach — supplied by Citgo may have received gasoline mixed with diesel fuel, which can destroy car engines. The Tampa Bay Times reported this week that Citgo said 2,162 people have filed claims and 2,100 have been resolved so far.
