Galp customers’ cars filled up with water-mixed fuel

It was alleged that on Tuesday evening, cars were filled up with fuel containing water, which was only discovered late by the petrol attendants after one of the cars failed to start. This was according to the car owner, who was forced to leave it at the fuel station thereafter.
“Just after the car was filled up with fuel,  it refused to start and it was only then that the petrol attendant apologised, informing me that their pump had been filled with water earlier and it meant the water was not completely out of the pump,” he said.
