Quarterly diesel fuel testing and increased operation of its engines are likely to prevent another malfunction at the world's largest pump station, a consultant said Tuesday. Engineers suspect problems with the fuel delivery system and contaminated diesel contributed to the March breakdownof two of four generators at the $1 billion West Closure complex in Belle Chasse.
