Diesel fuel, however, failed testing. According to the department’s lab report, the diesel sample had a flashpoint far below the minimum standard, indicating contamination.
“We found that the diesel fuel failed our tests. It showed it had a very low flash point, which means that it was contaminated with something,” Moore said.
