Tony Spanky said he didn’t realize there was a problem until he found out he may have unknowingly filled his car with diesel. When he contacted the Circle K where he bought the gas, he was told they would take care of it.
“He did say, but do not be driving your car. Well, that’s kind of easier said than done because I need to go to the grocery store. I need to go to the doctors,” Spanky said.
