“We are aware that the Kwik Shop location at Fourth and K-61 in Hutchinson received diesel fuel in its unleaded gas tank and unleaded fuel in its diesel tank. We are working to fix this isolated situation as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience to our customers and we will help them resolve any issues with their vehicles.”
McGhee also said people could contact the corporate office at (620) 669-8504. The News asked Kwik Shop when the contaminated fuel was sold. McGhee responded only that they “discovered the issue” Friday.
