Contaminated fuel likely led to fatal plane crash

GREEN RIVER, Utah (AP) - Contaminated fuel was likely a factor in a plane crash that left two men dead.

KSL-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1MZOgr4) the National Transportation Safety Board released findings that show the plane’s aviation fuel was contaminated with water.
