Senate body asks FIA to probe adulteration in fuel oil

The Senate Standing Committee on Planning, Development and Reforms on Friday expressed grave concerns over the adulteration in fuel oil and directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to probe into it and submit a report to the committee before next meeting.

“Mixing water in oil is an act of dishonesty and such notorious actions will bring a bad name to the national industries. PSO is a highly prestigious national industrial organisation and we want it up to the standard and corruption free,” Rehman Malik said.
