Deal drove a 2014 Porsche Cayenne Diesel which registered nearly 70,000 miles and bore a problem-free fuel line. According to her suit, she bought diesel fuel from one of the defendant’s stations early last October and experienced problems with the Porsche shortly afterwards.

An inspection of the car determined that it was reacting to the fuel in question. Deal says that the vehicle suffered about $27,000 worth of damage.
