After taking her car to a mechanic, she learned bad fuel was to blame.
Her vehicle repair invoice states there was contaminated water in the fuel tank. She traced it back to a Circle-K, Shell station off Rivers Avenue and found she wasn’t the only one.
“I called Shell later that day and the lady said she’s gotten almost hundreds of complaints from people all over the Tri-County area, people with gas that they got that day,” said Rowland.
